Hey,
There will be a regular meeting on Monday, July 7 held at the
Church from 7-9 pm.
Bring your notebooks with extra paper, pen, and your
calendar. Also let us know of any activities where you will be
gone for a few days during this summer so that we know whether or
not an event is plausible.
ULTRAZONE HAS BEEN CANCELED due to lack of participation
(again) from other units. We will reschedule for either August or
October and I am looking into doing the Lock-in during the day for
a change. Those of you that have already paid may get the cash
portion returned to you, deposit it in your Scout Account, or have
the Treasury hold on to it for the next Ultrazone. If you paid
with Scout Account money it will be returned to your Scout Account
or held for the next Ultrazone by your choice.
Agenda:
You will be receiving the Crew Newsletter with a list of events
(w/ prices) that covers up through December.
Flags in town - Are we really going to take them over? Which
holidays? Plan for how to proceed.
We also have some decisions to make about Upcoming events.
Event Planning, Meals, etc.
