Candy sale- date

When do we want to start selling candy? We decided a while
back on what's called the "Hershey's Chocolate town plus." This
includes 6 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, 12 Kit Kat bars, 8
Twizzlers, 8 Krackel bars, 8 Almond bars, and 10 Hershey milk
chocolate bars. OR we could sell the "M&M*Mars variety pack."
This includes 18 Snickers, 18 M&M peanut, 9 M&M Milk Chocolates,
and 7 skittles. We could sell both, the company has a minimum of
4 boxes
Carwash/Can drive- September 27th
The group has agreed to do another carwash and can-drive on
the 27th . As a group there is planning that needs to be done.
Where are we to have it? What time of the day should we have it?
Does anything need to change from the last one (ex- flyers,
posters)?
Spaghetti Feed- October 17th
We are going to hold the spaghetti feed at the Masonic
Lodge. We will be decorating for an Italian restaurant setting.
We will be serving Spaghetti, garlic bread and drinks. This will
take place 5:00pm -8:00pm. Please come on October 6th for a
special meeting for this event.

Upcoming Events
Meriwether - September 12-14
We are leaving for Meriwether on Friday the 12th at 6:00 PM
and not returning until Sunday the 14th. We will be meeting at
the Church briefly before we leave. Please remember to bring
your own tuna, drinks, and snacks. Also bring a compass for Land
Navigation and warm weather clothing. Along with Land
Navigation, we will also be hiking up the beach to the Marine
Gardens again. Our Menu is: Breakfast- Dutch oven eggs and
sausage. Lunch- sandwich, chips and Potato Salad. Diner-
Teriyaki Chicken, Rice, and potato Salad. Breakfast- bacon eggs
and French toast. Cost: $10
Best Damn Run-September 20th
We will be passing out water and sweeping up the cups for
the runners that participate in the "Best Damn Run." The time
for this will be from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at the latest. We
will meet at 8:00 am at Estacada City Hall.
Webelos Woods- October 3-5
We are going to be staffing at McIver Park, try to be there
early Friday to help set up. Please arrive between 1:00pm and
4:00pm. We hope to have food cooked for us but at a price (not
yet known). If you have any questions, please talk to Brian.
